ABOUT LILA

I’m a mother, a lifelong observer, and someone who fell in love with the lens at eleven years old, thrifted Canon film camera in hand. My passion was reignited after my daughter was born—I wanted her to grow up with photo books full of love, memory, and meaning. Now, I document women and families in all their evolving phases, with a focus on honest, documentary-style storytelling. I believe the beauty is already there—I’m just here to help you see it, preserve it, and pass it on.

Lila came to my home to shoot some photos of our new born daughter. Her presence was so delightful to be around, she made us feel so comfortable. Lila is amazing!! It was difficult to get my daughter (2.5yrs) to stay still for a picture, so I was overjoyed to see how many incredible shots Lila captured!
